For it same we sustain that the natural ice cream is not a simple refreshing goody; but a natural, healthy and nutritious food that contains great quantity of vitamins; it is the best complement to a good meal and an excellent
digestive that come elaborating for more than 50 years, guaranteeing them the satisfaction of being able to
you to serve with the guarantees that deserve.

Why is it good?

When and how should
you waste away?
In any time of the year, not only in summer. In winter, the ice creams are very advisable, mainly those of cream, since, besides being very energy, they favor the digestion.
The ice creams should not take excessively cold. The ideal temperature of consumption is located between -10 ºC and -12 ºC, although this can vary, depending on the ingredients that compose it. A good habit consists on taking them out of the freezer 10 minutes before being taken to the table. If they were very cold (with frost), it will be necessary before to take them at least out of the frozen ones half hour, leaving them in a less cold area of the refrigerator until some minutes before serving them. An ice cream will be in its point when you can cut without making force.
