Varieties of Coffee exist so many as origins of the countries of the world where
it is cultivated.
The Coffee is cultivated from the tropical fringe of South America and the
Caribbean, until great part of Africa, arriving to the Asian southeast and the
islands of that Asian area.
Two varieties of fruit of the coffee exist: the Robust variety and the Arabic
variety.
The Robust variety comes mainly from Africa, but it is also cultivated in many
other countries, it is a coffee of more and more regular grain, being more
strong of flavor and much sourrer. This coffee is used a lot for torrefactar.
The Arabic variety, comes mainly from Colombia, Brazil and Venezuela, being also
cultivated in other countries of the area that depending on the conditions of
humidity and altitude is the famous origin coffees that are so in fashion
lately. We will center in Colombia and Brazil where the coffee has the same
characteristics (a year tons of Coffee of Brazil are sold with the stamp of
Colombia due to the strong demand of this last one in Europe mainly) But in the
highest areas in Colombia a coffee it is cultivated that they make of him a very
special coffee for the characteristics of temperature, altitude and humidity and
therefore they spoil it especially before dedicating it to the export. First
they wash it and later they dry it, with what is a coffee free of sludges and of
a more delicate flavor, at the same time that it has a content in lower
caffeine.
This is the Coffee that we offer to our clients in the modality Brown 100
Natural% and in Decaffeinated 100 Natural%, in the Italian Heladería.
